Nathan St. Pierre
Administrator
Administrator/Executive Director for Cedar Healthcare Center for the past 5 years and an LNHA for over 10 years. He has a B.S. in Accounting and an A.S. in Business Management. In his free time he enjoys family time with his wife and young daughter, fishing, golfing, gardening, cleaning up after his slobbering English Mastiff, "Beauxregard" (Beaux), and being perennially disappointed by the Dallas Cowboys.

June Clark
Director of Nursing
With 30 years of nursing experience, June has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care. She has spent 20 years working in long-term care, developing extensive expertise in clinical leadership, resident-centered care, and staff development. For the past 11 years, she has served as a Director of Nursing Services, including five and a half years at Cedar. She is committed to supporting residents, families, and team members while promoting excellence, dignity, and compassion in every aspect of care.

Christi Balloch
Director of Admissions
Christi joined Cedar Healthcare Center in 2023 as Director of Social Services and was promoted to Director of Admissions in May 2025. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, senior living, hospice, and business development, she enjoys building relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners. Her background in social services and hospice has taught her the importance of listening, compassion, and meeting each family where they are. She is passionate about helping families navigate the transition to care and ensuring their experience at Cedar is as comfortable, welcoming, and positive as possible. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a proud aunt of three, and enjoys volunteering with Bullmastiff rescue. She is grateful to be part of the Cedar Healthcare Center team and to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Teale Ortega Espinal
Assistant Director of Nursing
Teale, LPN, Assistant Director of Nursing brings dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to resident care to her role at Cedar Healthcare. Since beginning her healthcare career as a nursing aide, Teale has steadily advanced through the profession, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into every level of care. As an LPN and Assistant Director of Nursing, she is passionate about supporting residents, mentoring staff, and promoting a compassionate, high-quality care environment.

Sarah Ford
Director of Rehab
Sarah Ford is the Director of Rehabilitation and an Occupational Therapist at Cedar. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire's Occupational Therapy program and has proudly built her career serving communities throughout New Hampshire. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults. While she values the unique experiences each population brings, she has found her passion in working with adult and geriatric patients. She is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized, compassionate care. As Director of Rehabilitation, Sarah is committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both patients and staff. She loves working at Cedar because of the kindness that defines the workplace, the opportunity to witness patients' progress firsthand, and the exceptional team that works together to support each patient every step of the way. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, reading, swimming, and exploring New Hampshire's natural beauty with her husband and their 15-year-old Chihuahua.

Meagan Snee
Human Resource Manager
Meagan (they/she) is a Human Resources professional with a dynamic background in healthcare and the arts, from primary care and mental health care, to brand design and photography. Meagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and brings a creative, curious approach to her work in HR. Through an inclusive, trauma-informed, and radically candid lens, Meagan enjoys empowering team members, partnering with leadership, and building rapport to strengthen both people and processes. In their free time, you can find Meagan at the beach, enjoying live music, or spending time with her two tuxedo cats, Benny and Henry.
