Director of Rehab
Sarah Ford is the Director of Rehabilitation and an Occupational Therapist at Cedar. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire's Occupational Therapy program and has proudly built her career serving communities throughout New Hampshire. Throughout her career, Sarah has worked with patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults. While she values the unique experiences each population brings, she has found her passion in working with adult and geriatric patients. She is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized, compassionate care. As Director of Rehabilitation, Sarah is committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both patients and staff. She loves working at Cedar because of the kindness that defines the workplace, the opportunity to witness patients' progress firsthand, and the exceptional team that works together to support each patient every step of the way. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, reading, swimming, and exploring New Hampshire's natural beauty with her husband and their 15-year-old Chihuahua.
